The Challenge
The client, a global leader in the engineering and infrastructure sector, was looking to relocate its office. The objective was to move into a green-certified office space in Gurgaon that aligned with their global sustainability commitments, while also maintaining a conventional office setup.
Given their operational needs, the timeline was tight. The new office had to be identified, leased, and fitted out in time to ensure continuity of operations without compromising on quality, location, or brand standards.
The Solution
